Role Overview

As a Work-from-Home Charity Fundraiser / Telephone Executive, your primary responsibility is to connect with potential donors across the UK and inspire them to support national charities through regular contributions. The role involves:

• Making outbound calls to prospects using a structured dialer system.

• Following a predefined script while personalizing your approach to engage and inspire donors.

• Tracking interactions and updating information in the company CRM systems.

• Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for donations secured.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This schedule is designed to provide structure while allowing flexibility for your home-based setup.

Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Experience:

   • Previous experience in telephone fundraising, face-to-face fundraising, telesales, or call center operations is essential.

2. Remote Work Setup:

   • A reliable PC or Mac, internet connection, and a USB/Bluetooth headset.
