Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support & Success Representative, you will:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers across all digital platforms — Website chat, WhatsApp, Email, and Social Media.

Respond to enquiries within 10 seconds with warmth, clarity, and the right solution.

Follow up with past customers and prospects to encourage repeat purchases and satisfaction.

Collect and analyze customer feedback, recommending improvements to enhance the shopping experience.

Write helpful articles, FAQs, and how-to guides that simplify the DexStitches journey.

Represent DexStitches’ voice and tone — stylish, clear, and thoughtful.

Minimum Qualifications

Remuneration & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₦265,000
